Glad you enjoyed the article. 24V DC in to the track, yes. Then current limiter and voltage regulator to feed the motor controller a steady 10ish volts.

Do I read that right – you’re feeding 24V into the track, and into the bridge rectifier? AC?
And then the limiter and regulator take care of correct voltages for capacitors and 9V LEGO? -
